2020 SBM-MP REMAX 500 Hybrid Electric Impact crusher on tracks. Hybrid electric design with 329 kW primary power plant increases reliability while at the same time eliminating the environmental issues on sites where any oil leak can shut down the job. Vibrating pan feeder discharges onto the 47" X 79" vibrating grizzly powered by its own 20 HP motor for uncompromised pre-screening ahead of the SBM 12/13/4 RHS impact crusher powered by a 272 HP electric motor. Crusher opening is 33" high X 49" wide. Rotor is a solid, 4 bar rotor, 50" wide X 46" diameter. Crusher discharges onto a 51" X 102" vibrating steel plate (protects the discharge belt) which delivers the material to the 48" under crusher discharge belt. Belt discharge height is 12'. Very low hour (<2,000) machine in excellent condition. Gross machine weight approx. 105,822 lbs. Additional options can be ordered new from factory such as a side discharge belt for the grizzly (prescreen), a 1 or 2 deck classifying screen as well as a return belt to recirculate the overs from the classifying screen.
